Today, our home in the Theater District offers a setting for celebrations, shared meals and the pleasure of bringing people together. Private Events FAQ
Are your event spaces private?
Victor’s offers both private and non-private event options. The Havana Room is fully private, as is the Havana Room combined with the Skylight Room. The Cuba Lounge is reserved exclusively for your group and has its own private entrance, although it is not completely enclosed from the restaurant. A full venue buyout offers complete privacy throughout Victor’s.
What dining options are available for private events?
Choose from cocktail receptions with passed hors d’oeuvres, family-style dining, individually plated menus, and buffet service. Our events team will help you find the format that suits your group and occasion.
What is the food and beverage minimum?
Minimums vary by date, time, room, guest count, and event requirements. Our events team will provide the applicable minimum when reviewing your inquiry.
Is a deposit required to book an event?
Yes. A 50% deposit and a signed event agreement are required to secure your event. Your space is confirmed only after both have been received.
Can I bring my own wine?
Outside wine is not permitted. Our team will be happy to help you choose from our wine offerings.
What decorations can I bring?
We welcome simple tablescapes, flowers, and tabletop décor that complement the space. Balloons, glitter, confetti, tape, and anything mounted to the walls are not permitted.
Do you provide cakes for events?
We do not provide cakes, but you are welcome to have one delivered. A cake-cutting fee may apply. Magnolia Bakery is a popular nearby option.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Our culinary team can accommodate most dietary restrictions with advance notice. Please share allergies and dietary requirements before your event so we can plan accordingly.
Can I bring a DJ or live musicians?
Outside DJs and live music are permitted only with a full venue buyout.
Can I play my own music?
You may use your own playlist in the Havana Room, the Havana Room combined with the Skylight Room, or during a full venue buyout. Please speak with our events team about setup and volume guidelines.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend smart-casual attire.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes. Site visits are available by appointment during restaurant operating hours. Contact our events team to arrange a convenient time.
Do you offer audiovisual equipment?
We can accommodate basic audiovisual needs, including a television with HDMI connectivity and a microphone. Please tell our events team what you need in advance so we can confirm availability.
Is Victor’s accessible for guests with disabilities?
Victor’s can accommodate guests with accessibility needs, including access to an ADA partner restroom. Please let our events team know in advance about any specific accommodations your group requires so we can plan accordingly.
